Philosophy

The simplicity of the four letter name with it’s strong meanings is mirrored in the food, décor, service, and underlying spirit of our restaurant. Moxy balances new-age décor and trend setting culinary advances with complete respect to time honored traditions that have set the standard in fine dining.

Our goal was to create a contemporary yet cozy interior space where guests can relax and enjoy affordable upscale cuisine as well as time with each other.

Moxy offers favorite foods and drinks that are globally inspired and classically executed with true flavors and exciting presentations. Our simple, approachable menu theme reflects the healthy, imaginative, and ethnically diverse cuisines of our day, and without the ‘con’-fusion effect.

Our philosophy is that great dining can be presented without pretense and grandeur, priced for availability to everyone, and can be not only exciting, but an everyday fun event. We stand by our goals with friendly and hospitable servers who have a complete desire to comfort and satisfy our guests.

We hope to promote, support, and develop the fine dining landscape of St. Louis and to encourage the forward movement of our city’s culinary heritage. We are happy and proud to be at our location in the Central West End and to contribute to the increased activity in the area.

I was tired of doing exclusive restaurants and clubs. I wanted to include different generations and income brackets in one exciting place. I refer to my food as the goodness and doesn't everyone deserve a little goodness in their life.

And just as a note, we have catering available for any size event.
